Shipping Policy

Shipping in India

- Free shipping on all products for prepaid orders.

- Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.

- So, the estimated time would be 10 to 12 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

- These timelines may be affected due to climatic or pandemic situations.

 

International Shipping

- International shipping charges are INR 2500 (0.6kg - 2kg ). It takes around 10-12 business days for the delivery.

- Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be born by the customer. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are in.

Please ensure payment of all such charges to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department and/or later may not be retrievable at all.

 

 If you do not pay for the import duty in your country and the order is returned to us, any freight or charges incurred would be deducted from the order amount paid alongwith 5% of PayPal/Gateway transaction amount

 

- Our international delivery partner is DHL.

CANCELLATION RETURN REFUND POLICY

We have a customer friendly 2 days return & 10 days exchange policy

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

  2. If you cancel your order before it is accepted for shipment, we will refund you the entire amount.

 

Exhange/Replacement Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at piasareesonline@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.

  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

  3. If you have received the product and you do not like it and want to exchange, you have to email us for exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product – piasareesonline@gmail.com 

  4. We will then ask you to courier the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the product at warehouse, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.

  5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.

  6. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
    product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

  7. If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. 

  8. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.

  9. No discount will be given on exchange orders.


How to use COUPON CODE :

1) The COUPON CODE will have 3 months of Validity from the date of creation.
2) The COUPON CODE has to be used in one Go for the order .
3) You have to apply the COUPON CODE on the checkout page.
4) Once opted for the COUPON CODE you cannot opt for REFUND.

 


Return/Refund  Policy:

  1. If you have received the product and you do not like it and want to return, you can contact us at theshimmersaga@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer.

  2. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method usually within 7 days after the product is received back at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Before making any request for replacement or return kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement or return only under following circumstances:

  1. If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.

  2. The product supplied is different from the product ordered.

  3. Refund can only be made for a specific item with any defect and not for all the items in the order.

  4. The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.

  5. The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.

  6. The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

 

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange under following circumstances:

  1. Items that are specified as “non-refundable” will not be returned/refunded at any cost.

  2. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

  3. The product must be non-consumable in nature, i.e., any item which is consumable in nature like incense sticks, turmeric etc. can neither be replaced nor returned/exchanged under any circumstance,

  4. Bulky items like idols, statues

  5. Customized items

  6. If the Refund is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 

 

After approval of Return/Refund request :

  1. The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for refund.

  2. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.

  3. The courier charges of delivery shall be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. To summarize the process of refunds, firstly, upon receiving the product for return, within 2 business days, we shall intimate the customer regarding acceptance or denial of the refund request. Once the request has been approved, the refund process shall be initiated.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

1. If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.

2. If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal/Gateway transaction fees charged .

3. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on piasarees@gmail.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal/Gateway transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.

4. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .

5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.

6. We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.

7. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.

8. For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
